-Unlimited Outfit Changes During Session Time

-Maximum of 2 Backdrop Changes

-Unlimited Photos Taken During Session Time

-All Images Are Emailed to You Within 48 Hours of Your Session Without Any Watermarks

-After completing your session, you will be able to order retouches directly from your online gallery, starting at only $15 per photo.

-Each session is held in a private studio where only you and your guests will be allowed.

-The DPP staff reserves the right to decline service to any underage client if the attire is deemed inappropriate for a minor that is not accompanied by an adult.

-The DPP staff reserves the right to decline service to any client if anything about the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or goes against our core company values. (The use or display of guns (fake or real), gang signs, threatening or offensive language/hand gestures or similar entities are not allowed)

-Smoking of any kind is prohibited while in DPP studio or on its grounds

-A maximum of 2, un-photographed guests are allowed per session (all guests must be masked)

*We allocate approx 15 min of additional studio time to allow the photographer to make backdrop changes, lighting adjustments, etc (this time will not count against your scheduled session time)

*Booking an appointment serves as your agreement to all of the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule an appointment, please create a log-in at the top of our home page on Q11photography.com using the same email as your reservation, and then select the "My Bookings" tab. From there, you will be able to find a new date and time. All appointments inside of 48hrs from the reservation time are final, unless appointment insurance has been purchased. Refunds are not provided, and payments are not transferable to future reservations. In the event that company property, equipment, or props are damaged by you or your guests during your session, Q11 Photography has the right to withhold your photo gallery until payment for a replacement, or repair has been received.
